Principle Boy Band Volume 1 Manolo

Principle Cigars asked five distinguished master blenders to create the perfect cigar companion for a timeless record album, Nina Simone’s 1965 masterpiece, I Put A Spell On You.  Aside from a 6×50 format, they had absolutely no restrictions.

Introducing ‘Boy Band’ Volume 1, a collaboration from five living legends whose collective work has shaped the premium cigar landscape.

Conclusion:

A new release from Principle and great concept! 5 great blenders and with this being the first of the 5 I have smoked, it certainly didn’t disappoint. The first third started off okay with milk chocolate and a nice sweetness being the main notes. As it progresses it gets smoother and smoother, with the second and final third really shining.  The introduction of the coffee and cherry notes really added a nice complement to the doughy creamy chocolate note that carried on from the first third. Unfortunate this can only be purchased in the mixed 5 pack because this is box worthy to me.
