Principle 10th Anniversary Accomplice Decienne

Website Description –

This exquisite cigar beautifully expresses the essence of both houses.  It showcases flavors and strengths one might expect from Carillo, while maintaining a harmony and depth characteristic of Principle.

The profile can best be described as impeccably clean, with an alluring presence of dried fruit and harmonious acidity, all of it delivered with thick, velvety smoke.

Conclusion:

The Principle 10th Anniversary Decienne is Principle’s first blend by E.P. Carillo, who to me has blended a solid cigar. Not a ton of flavor changes throughout, more subtle changes which adds to the smoothness of this blend. The sourdough bread and floral notes stood in the front with wood, chocolate, coffee and a slight dark fruit sweetness and black pepper rounding out the profile. The brownie note was short lived but a very nice addition in the second third, and the last inch transitioned to a strong coffee/dark chocolate note. Overall a good cigar I will surely smoke again.
